Our Story
Our Mission and Vision are inspired by the tragic loss of Jennifer Thompson Isaac, the late wife of our Founder. Her story is a constant reminder of the personal consequences of fragmented healthcare.
Over the course of seven years, Jennifer visited 13 different providers with various health concerns, but no one had a complete view of her condition. By the time she was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer, it was too late.
This experience drives SynapseDx's mission to improve healthcare, ensuring that early detection becomes the norm and that no other families must endure the heartbreak of a late or missed diagnosis.
